PH-91-63-204: Scientific House of Watches housed in a two-storey domestic dwelling, it was earlier called Scientific Services Watch Repair. Sign on front reads "Business - Tax - Used cameras - coins - watches - jewelry repairs"

PH-91-63-205:at left is part of Scientific House of Watches, in the middle is a vacant lot; at right is City Vacuum Service

PH-91-63-206: at left is part of City vacuum Cleaner Service; at right is Purcha Lease

PH-91-63-207: Purcha Lease building. Cars and trucks parked in front. Sign advertises that they "buy - trade - sell", and another sign says "used car divi[sion]"

PH-91-63-208: Car lot adjacent to Purcha Lease (used car division). Houses on Avenue K also visible, as well as Lumber King Thrift Lot Lumberyard.

PH-91-63-199:Gleam World Car Wash. Next to it is a vacant restaurant recently vacated by Vienna Deli & Coffee House. A sign in window reads: "Moved - Caffe Europe - to Delicatessen - [?] 22nd Street W"

PH-91-63-200: at left is vacant restaurant recently vacated by Vienna Deli (and/or "Caffe Europe", according to signs)

PH-91-63-201: at left is part of Dizzy's Discount Store, in the middle is (probably) Nestor's Bakery, and at right is Fix-it Furniture Repair

PH-91-63-202: at left is Fix-it Furniture & Upholstery, Next to it is a vacant lot, and partly visible is a long two-storey building that then housed Quality Used Furniture

PH-91-63-203: Quality Used Furniture store, in a two-storey building.

1416 Second Avenue North.

Home of Catherine and Herbert Edson at 1416 Second Avenue North. The house was likely built in 1912 by Edson who was a carpenter. At the time of its construction it was the first house in the McVicar Addition. Edson and his wife lived in the house until 1924 when they left for Winnipeg and later returned to England.
